Film Review: Pyar Mein Qurban

ree

Vardhan Film Productions & Zaar Films’ Pyar Mein Qurban (A) is a dull revenge-romance that collapses under weak writing and execution.

Story & Screenplay

Veer (Zuber K. Khan) loses his wife and brother and sets out to avenge them against political powers. Despite its emotional premise, the story is routine, predictable, and devoid of genuine pathos. The screenplay (Pradeep Singh Rishiraj) is tedious and repetitive, while dialogues are unimpressive.

Performances & Technicals

Zuber K. Khan is sincere as Veer, but Roma Arora disappoints as Vinnie. Supporting cast is forgettable, with only Aroon Bakshi making a mark. Several performances are amateurish.Direction and editing (Zuber K. Khan) are weak. Music (Karan Singh Affu) is average, lyrics poor, and background score ineffective. Camerawork is dull, and action lacks impact.

Verdict

Pyar Mein Qurban is a poor show with negligible chances at the box office.
