Yash Raj Films has officially announced July 10, 2026 as the theatrical release date for its highly anticipated action thriller Alpha, headlined by powerhouse performer Alia Bhatt.

The studio unveiled the release date with a striking teaser poster shared by Alia and Sharvari Wagh, offering a glimpse into Alia’s intense new action avatar. The image shows the actress bruised, battle-hardened, and fearless teasing a brutal showdown that awaits audiences on the big screen.

Alpha pairs Alia Bhatt with rising Hindi cinema star Sharvari in a high-octane action thriller that promises relentless action and gripping drama. The film also stars veterans Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles, with Bobby set to face off against the two leading ladies in a fierce cinematic battle.

The project marks Alia Bhatt’s first-ever collaboration with Yash Raj Films and is being touted as India’s first large-scale female-led action film, featuring adrenaline-packed action sequences performed by its two female leads.

Directed by Shiv Rawail who previously helmed the globally acclaimed series The Railway Men Alpha is produced by visionary filmmaker Aditya Chopra.
