Story & Screenplay

Written by Dinesh and Sandeep, Manchalo Ki Masti revolves around six friends who adopt an orphan boy. When the boy falls critically ill, they struggle to arrange money for his treatment and even consider kidnapping for ransom. A kind-hearted woman then enters their lives as a savior, altering their course.

Though the premise attempts to be emotional, the story lacks depth and novelty. The screenplay unfolds in an extremely predictable manner, with routine incidents that fail to hold audience interest. The dialogues, also by Dinesh and Sandeep, are plain and unmemorable.

Performances

Performances by the cast — Akash Kumar Mittal, Sikha Swaroop, Karuna Singh, Soumya Singh, Archi, Shruti Sinha, Pankaj Sinha, Jitendra Vadher, Shanker Pathak, Arshad Ayub, and Priyanshu Raj — are ordinary. None of them rise above mediocrity to leave a lasting impact.

Technical Aspects

  • Direction: Dinesh Shahdeo’s direction is weak, with flat narration that fails to connect emotionally.

  • Music: Sidharth Roy’s compositions are functional at best.

  • Cinematography: Pankaj Goswami’s camerawork is below par.

  • Art Direction: Abinash Kumar’s art design is average.

  • Editing: Sumit Sinha’s editing is loose, making the film drag further.

Verdict

Manchalo Ki Masti is a routine drama with weak storytelling, uninspired performances, and ineffective direction. It fails to strike an emotional chord with the audience.
