FILM REVIEW: ELLA’

Ella (UA), a film produced by Parashuland Films, tells the tale of a little girl who is nine years old and goes away from her family. She travels with a turtle under her arm. It is estimated that the turtle is worth 1.50 crores of rupees. At the moment that this information is made public, the girl is being pursued by law enforcement officers, criminals, and even politicians and tantriks. In the end, what takes place?

There is a tale and a screenplay that Roshan Fernandes has written, both of which look to be far from credible. Because of this, the drama never really manages to captivate the viewer too much. Rather than being a fairy tale, it seems more so. Conversations with Roshan Fernandes are rather routine.

He is doing OK, Makarand Deshpande. Isha Talwar delivers a mediocre job overall. Occasionally, Saranya Sharma is able to shine, although this is not always the case. The standards are met by Shivangi Mehra. Riya Chanda is not bad at all. The following individuals provide regular support: Kishor Kumar, Vikram Shetty, Jainish Mehta, Thammana Shetty, Shakeel Sayni, Mahil Singh, Manish Sharma, Sharan Bhat, Joy Bhattacharya, and Barkha Saxena.

The instruction that Roshan Fernandes provides is typical. Both the music and the background score composed by B. Ajaneesh Loknath are nothing to get excited about. The lyrics of Mandar Pathak are satisfactory. Jerin James, who is responsible for the camerawork, performs an adequate job. The artistic approach that Chetan Kulal and Yash Acharya have created is practical. The editing done by Shantanu Dutt is lacking.
